It was a very satisfying experience with our new plumber for we've never hired one before. He came to us on time, was very pleasant and very professional and got the job done. Those awful plastic parts were replaced with brass parts, too. You know that will make the water heater last a long time this way! He was very thorough and I'm happy to know that we will know who to call if we need a plumber again.
