We had three different projects performed by Lowes around the same time period but by all different departments/installers.
New carpet installed in one bedroom, new cordless blinds two rooms and new windows all downstairs.
Each of the installers were on-time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with their work and would definitely use Lowes again. The window guys advised us of the TVA rebate program and provided the necessary paperwork and information so we could qualify which earned us several hundred dollars in rebate.
We had one minor issue which is the molding around several of the windows pulled away and took the paint from the adjoining wall with it. We never advised them of this and they may not have even known since their work was performed on the outside. We went ahead and fixed it on our own by nailing the molding back in place and repainting the surrounding areas.
