They are good people and if you're not satisfied the work is free. They're dependable and come when they say they're going to. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they always do a really good job.

Work was done on time and they did excellent work.

Customer service called promptly and set up plumber within a day. That's the only good thing I can say about this firm. We hired them to install two prefab vanities into a bathroom. I've had this done in my home before -- simple installation. Unfortunately this was for my sister's home and I wasn't there to talk with the plumber. He charged $250.00 PER UNIT -- which is ridiculous for this type of install. We had already purchased and installed the faucets onto the vanities, placed one in place and screwed in supply lines. All they had to do was install the drain and trap. On one vanity we knew the existing supply line wasn't in the right place but we expressly told him to cut out the back of the vanity to allow for the placement of vanity without moving the supply lines. He said he couldn't do that. Had I been there, that would have been the end of the story. I would have paid the $59.00 call fee and found a better plumber. Sister is unfamiliar with dealing with servicemen and didn't know she could say "no" and send him away.

I accept that my sister told the plumber that he could move the pipes and install the vanity the way he thought best but I expect my professionals to work honestly with us, explain all the options and - if they aren't comfortable doing what I want - then declining to do the service, We all know that you can knotch out the back of these vanities to allow for install. I feel the plumber took advantage of the fact that my sister was inexperienced with residential plumbing.

Very dissatisfied with their price. I've done this exact install at my home and the cost was $100.00 per vanity. On top of the super expensive install, they also didn't honor the measly $25.00 "special offer" for new clients.

I'll never recommend or use this firm again.
