Overall, I am very happy with their service.   I forewarned the technician that our home's wiring might not be correct.  I also told him that I needed to have a smart thermostat installed.  He began working, and blew a 24v line at the house (unbeknown to me).  As they were overbooked (this was a Friday) he asked if he could come the following Monday to complete the job.   A different technician then came to our house the following Monday to complete the work.  Nothing else was said to me.   In fairness, I was not there when the work was completed (only my wife who could not begin to understand wiring).  Shortly thereafter I received a bill for nearly $300.  
I suspected that this was very high to just rewire a thermostat, so I called the company to inquire about the repair.  After some discussion, we agreed that I had tampered with (and messed up) the wiring, but the technician also erred because of the lack of understanding about our home's specific wiring troubles.   They removed the cost of the transformer, and I paid for the labor.
In summary, this is a good and reputable company.  Their customer service is top notch, and they completed the work as I asked.   It is so refreshing to see a company that takes care of their customers.  I highly recommend their work.  Thank you so much!

This company works for us all the time, because we own several buildings.   They are knowledgeable, and the service is unequaled. We have used five different heating/ac companies in the past 20 years, and Davis is by far the best. Their prices are not the highest or lowest, and I've had them show up within the hour after my call.  They are head and shoulders above the others in our area. I will definitely continue to use them in the future, and can highly recommend them.
