It was excellent. The cost was under the warranty. It was scheduled. They kept the appointment on time. Customer service was friendly and very cordial. They did exactly what I wanted them to do in a timely manner. They could offer beverages or snacks while the customer waits. They have vending machines where you can go buy things. They have a nice waiting room and the wait wasn't long at all because they told me how long is was going to take, and that's how long it took.
