Description of Work: Contacted to get an estimate. Mr. Howell gave me a date he would come out for estimate. He never showed. Never called to reschedule. Have yet to hear anything from this company.

+ -1 moreWas very unsatisfied. Had he just called to reschedule, then I would have been more understanding. However, he didn't show up as scheduled nor did he call. It's been over 3 weeks and I've yet to hear from him. Fortunately, I've already had the roof repairs completed by someone else.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate - person I was speaking with set up an appt. with me. I stayed at home all day waiting on Mr. Howell to come out for estimate. He never did show up. He never called to set up another appt. Will not use this person ever again.
