CTCC is a very professional organization that does top notch work. They started and ended both of my projects on mutually agreed times. They communicated clearly throughout the process and provided NO surprises throughout the projects. This is a great company that will receive my first call next time I need some work to be done. It was a pleasure working with such a honest and professional company.

I am well pleased with my experience with CTCC and with the work they did on my house; I have no reservations recommending them to family and friends. If I ever need any more work done, they will be the first to call. I found this father/son team to be trustworthy, competent, and eager to please the customer (me.) They did what they said they would do, were courteous and respectful, showed a high level of craftsmanship, and cleaned up after themselves. The roofers laid down tarps before tearing off the shingles and took extra care cleaning up, I have not found even one nail that was left behind. During the course of removing the old shingles, it was discovered that 3 sheets of decking needed to be replaced; the additional cost was very reasonable. I am impressed with the detail and workmanship of the facia and soffits, especially at the corners which are highly visible. The work that Central Tennessee Construction did is of the highest quality, has improved the appearance of the house, and should keep the weather at bay for many years to come. I am very happy with the resluts of all of these projects. Each time I hired them I was provided with a detailed written estemate and the price never exceeded the estemate. I asked for and was shown the contractor liscence as well as proof of insurance. I went to the Maury County Courthouse to ask if there were any judgements against the Co., there were no judgements. Bob does not mind all the questions I asked and answered them completly. He does not mind me showing up unexpectedly, changing a small detail of a big job, asking a lot of questions. The DePysslers are very good at solving special problems to suit the purpose of the final result, they had some ideas that I had never thought of. In this case it is important to preserve the integrity of the building while at the same time update it to assure future continued use as a single family dwelling. Several times during these projects things did not go as planned, when ceramic tile needed to be exchanged I was out of town, Bob saw to it that everything was accounted for and the supplier did not short change me. I grew to trust them enough to not worry even if I was not there. The house was always secured. If something came up and they could not be there when they said, they would call and explain it to me. Bob and his son, Chad, really did more than I expected every time I hired them and I will happily not hesitate to hire them again. If you want a contractor who does what he says and says what he does, means what he says and says what he means, this is the one.
