Allen's Restorations

At first it seemed like everything was going well, then a couple of days into the project Derrick started making excuses why he did not get to work every morning. He would say that he would be there first thing in the morning and then show up at noon or even 1:30 PM, not much time or light left in the day at this time of year. He would finish by 4:30. The project was not completed, there is still painting left to do and he failed to return to put up the last piece of trim on the highest window. He was supposed to clean up afterwards, this was not done at all, there is paint dripped all over my nice porcelain tile floor that will have to be removed. He stated that he would remove all debris and clean up my yard at jobs end, which he never did. He left rusty nails, staples and cigarette butts all over my yard. I had left the restroom door unlocked for his convenience and asked him to make sure he locked the house and shut my gate each time he finished for the day. I came home from work at 10PM one night to find my gate standing wide open and my house unlocked. Derrick Allen Hay is extremely irresponsible, lazy and shady. Do not hire him, he does not follow through.
