I was moving from out of state so I was not able to be there for the service. What occurred afterward is the issue. After moving in, I located a leak about two feet from the septic tank cover. I called ACE (William) and got the answering service. ACE never called back, I tried over several weeks and ACE never returned any of my seven calls. My real estate agent also called but ACE didn't return those calls either. I had to contact another company since ACE has yet to return a single call. from weeks ago. I would NEVER use ACE for anything. I suspect he never even did the inspection and it's questionable if he even did the pumping. For that, he was paid $300!
