2 The T Tree Service

i used this company because of their reviews, but i would suggest using someone else. My story....When the owner, Trent, came to give me an estimate, you can't help but like what he says and trust him, he's very personable, and when he says don't worry, he will take care of everything, you believe him. He seems....trustworthy. But, i made 2 mistakes, i never got something in writing and i paid him 6000.00 up front, and thats on me. I trust that someones word is good, because mine is. I have 24 Leland Cypress trees bordering my property that suddenly turned completely brown one after another. Trent said that they were shocked into dormacy and he guaranteed to be able to bring them back to life.....he told me that he's done over 200 trees this summer and has only lost 2. He said they just needed to be spiked, I was charged $35.00 per tree for 24 spikes which was 840.00. He actually only spiked 4 trees. He did the work will i was not there, but fortunately, i have lots of cameras and figured it out. The other $5160.00 he charged me was to take down a large dead tree hanging over my house and said he would trim other trees hanging over roof for free. He said don't worry, i will treat you right and he did take down the tree and trimmed a few limbs off the others. He also bent one section of fence, left huge tracks in my yard from the boom he used and removed most of the grass in my back yard. Using common sense, i assumed that if he destroyed my yard, surely he would fix it. I was wrong. When i mow, my mower grounds out in many places because of these ruts. So...I emailed him and told him to fix those few things and to ask why i was charged for 24 spikes and recieved 4. He answered my email and LIED to me out right and said he would fix those things right away. Really? He shoveled mulch over a few of the ruts yet left many untouched, He scattered a very small amount of grass seed on my yard and has never refunded me for the 20 spikes he didnt place around my trees.
