4 Air Units not cooling...Sprayed something on all of them and then said he was through and charged me $240. He did not even open up the units.. 2 days later called him and he texted me a photo of new units on sale at Walmart saying this is what you need. I called other companies who said to properly clean a large unit, it takes 2 men and you have to open it.. He did nothing. Filed a dispute claim with my cc company who agreed to reimburse.. In the meantime he refunded money and I closed the dispute.. He knew he scammed me. Beware of this company!

"I am sorry to see this review put on my company. This customer was unreasonable and seemed to be intoxicated. I even gave her all her money back even though I did everything I could to make her happy. This is not a true reflection of my company and services."

After checking the units out, Yearwood's technician claimed the problem was a leaky condenser coil. He replaced it and still no air.
He came back out and wanted to start replacing other components to try to fix the problem. Obviously, we told him we would call someone else out, who could identify the problem and fix it.

"We went to BBB arbitration because the unit was out of warranty. They ask me to go back and repair the system which I did and this should have taken care of this problem. We took care of this customer and customer satisfaction is very important to us."

They didn't seem to know what they were doing. They said I had a leaky water heater and that they could replace it for $1959 which would include freight, taxes and labor. I went to Home Depot yesterday afternoon and they gave me the price for a new water heater of $580 which included installation. I felt like they were being a little greedy and were trying to take advantage of me. They gentleman at the door did not look professional so I was hesitant to let them in the door. They called me back 3 times within 20 minutes after they left as they knew I was going to check other prices trying to hook the deal.

"Member, I just saw your report, Sorry you feel that way but being a Lic. Co. we would have to incude a code require drain or float switch if approved for your area. That would require running it thru your walls to the outside. Not a simple replacement. Sorry you feel this away but no conteat on doing that kind of a replacemant. Thank you for your time. Yearwood is a very courteous company whom offer very fair prices. They did arrive on time when coming to install the unit. I have never had any problems with them at all. I am pleased with the unit, and I would gladly hire them again in a heartbeat. The unit has been working very well. I have never had to call them for any repairs since it has been installed. I would say that they are very professional and know their profession rather well.
