We asked the person who came to our house to measure the opening to also quote caulking the rear corners where the grout had cracked.  The salesperson at Lowes insisted that $65 was included in the price to cover the labor for caulking and the extra tube of caulk, even though we could not find this task in the contract.  When we asked the owner of Titan about the caulking, he replied that the additiional $65 was for the drill bits needed to put holes in the porcelain tiles onto which the shower door was mounted.  (This is the only time we have had to pay for a workman's tools!)  He would have caulked the back corners if his assistant had the suitable caulk on his truck..  He didn't.  We told him that we did not want clear caulk put into the cracked grout.and implied that we would caulk the corners ourself.  End of story...Lowes did not prepare a complete contract, Titan did not complete the work we thought we paid for.  The door works fine.
Late addition:  A Lowes representatve offerred to credit our account with just over $100, $65 + 25 + taxes.  He agreed that their installers provide their own tools.  Good people!

"With all due respect to Member's concerns my company fulfilled my part of the job and I have no control over what a Lowe's associates tell a customer. My employee came out measured the shower opening and told you that he would check with me on a price for caulking up the shower because that is outside the scope of work that Lowe's performs. I tried to apply caulk in your shower free of charge to make the situation right but didn't have white only clear on my truck. Sorry that you were told wrong and I don't appreciate the response you gave my company due to what a lowe's associate told you they don't run or own my business"
