A very smooth experience. The owner came out on the first day that I applied and gave me an estimate within a couple of days. We agreed on a price, which was reasonable. Oscar came out at the specified time and was very nice and efficient. He did a great job and cleaned up completely. I would recommend them to everyone. A++++

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
In removing my shower popcorn ceiling and replacing it with plaster the painted walls below the ceiling were not protected. This led too white paint from the painted ceiling left on my beige shower walls. Additionally, smudging from the removal of the popcorn was on the wall and could not be removed. There were imperfections in the plastered ceiling with corner areas not fully covered by plaster. They came back to re-do the ceiling but there was a $200.00 charge to paint the shower walls. The original job was quoted at 8 hours for labor. In fact, it took 4 hours. Not good.

Phil and his team were great. The work was excellent and they kept us informed throughout the process. Unlike a lot of contractors I have used in the past, they left the house (the work area) cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend The Patch Boys!
