This is not your typical shutter company! Mr. Bailey is a true gentleman and I enjoyed working with him.
His company is, I believe, the oldest shutter company in Memphis.

Mr. Bailey came to our home in late January to measure for our shutters. They were installed in March. The first installation was an all day affair. Mr. Bailey and his assistant set up in our garage and attached the frames to our new shutters - he then installed them, leaving no mess behind!
After the first installation, I asked him to measure my den windows and doors. He wanted to measure them the first time he was here, but I didn't think I wanted to shutter my den doors and windows - I should have listened to him then! The second group of shutters were installed in late April. The installation went quickly - he arrived with the frames around the shutters, ready to install. Once again, no mess to clean up!
These shutters are absolutely beautiful, solid wood and heavy. The company is a pleasure to work with and I personally believe they rise far above the rest! I could not be happier.

Smooth as silk, I was having major interior construction work, therefore the shutters arrived just in time as they were completing construction.

This was a redecorating project. I can't say enough about Mr. Bailey and the work he performed for us. He came out promptly and gave me an estimate which, based on previous research, seemed very reasonable. He was gracious and helpful in picking out the specific style of shutters we'd use and explaining how they are installed. All through the process, he kept me informed in writing as well as by e-mail and phone. I was given very good written instructions for having the area around the windows cleared before they came to install. The installation went more smoothly than I would have imagined - on time and faster than I had expected.

They were terrific. They sent someone to measure, then the owner came and re-measured as a double check. They installed the shutters ahead of schedule, at our request, and did a spectacular job. We were pleased with every aspect of the experience. They were very responsive and easy to work with, and the quality of work was outstanding.
