State Farm Insurance - Craig Whittington, Agent

We use Bobby Gorman, a State Farm agent, to insure five of our cars. His staff are very helpful at finding the best way to organize who is driving which car to minimize your cost. Whenever we have had a problem they have been strong advocates for getting us a great settlement very quickly and with very little red tape. We have used them for thirteen years, and would highly recommend both State Farm, and especially Bobby Gorman. THe only car he does not insure is my classic 1984 Volvo 240.

They rated extremely high in their stability and they take care of their clients. I've been with them for a long time and the agent I found here I thought was a very sound and friendly person. I spend roughly $5000 a year with personal liability, my home and all my automobiles. They've always been therefor me. The agent has 2 secretaries who take care of most of the formalities, they handle everything competently, they're friendly and nice and if you need to get an in depth conversation the insurance agent is very able to provide whatever explanation is necessary. They make an effort to tell you what services they offer but they are not pushy and they are an A-rated company in annual product and consumer reports so that's justification in itself.
