Lofton, the owner of Roof Cleaners, LLC, is honest, reputable and knowledgeable; he runs his business with the utmost integrity. His high personal standards are revealed in the way he interacts with his clients. Lofton keeps in touch before, during and after a job, explains in detail what each procedure entails and does an amazing and thorough job that exceeds expectations. I appreciate the outstanding quality of Lofton’s work and the care with which he does everything. Lofton provided a number of services for me including roof cleaning, roof debris removal and gutter cleaning, gutter screen installation, house washing, walkway, driveway, patio and pool decking cleaning and roof repairing. lofton gave ma quote and I didn't initially want everything he gave me a price on; we agreed on what needed to be done and agreed on a price; lofton was very punctual and called me once when he leave to check on another job and then the rains came and couldn't finish; as soon as the sun came out the next day he called me to let me know he was going to finish; My roof likes like a brand new roof; very professional and would definitely hire him again

Roof Cleaners spent many hours on my roof, doing a soft wash and a chemical wash and removed all algae. My roof looks brand new now. Mr. Pillow also offered, for a small extra fee, to replace a few loose/missing shingles, reattach a loose corner to a pipe boot, and cleaned the roof to my shed which is the same color as the house. The price was high but great care was taken and I am extremely pleased with the results. Will try to attach before and after photos.

I had 2 other companies to give me a bid for comparison, and they were not very responsive on turning things around and the one that finally did was very expensive.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Roof Cleaners and particularly Lofton Pillow. Roof Cleaners, Inc. is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in Memphis. Lofton always goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with the work. I have used Roof Cleaners in the to clean moss off my garage roof and a portion of the roof on the house as well as on two brick walls of the garage; so far everything still looks good. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done.

The work was done in several hours and done well. The front walk and concrete patio were pressured washed. The roof cleaned with a solution that is said not to harm shrubbery or lawn.
I was impressed by their keeping us informed at all times of the status of the work - when they would arrive and no surprises.

Quick response for the quote, Lofton provided a detailed quote. Work started quickly and they finished in 2 days. Roof and chimney look great. Lofton carefully explained each aspect of the job and how they would do the work. Courteous and professional at all times. I will use them again for external cleaning jobs.
