After terrible straight line winds blew through Memphis there were thousands of homes that needed repair. Mr. Massingill provided a great price and did not take advantage of the fact we were all at his mercy. He placed temporary tarps on the roof to protect our home until he could get materials to the site. Even though he had tons of work to do, we did not have to wait very long to get our new roof. I felt fortunate to have him as our contractor. His crew arrived and worked tirelessly until the job was complete, even though it was in the hottest part of the summer. He also installed two roof vents to replace ours that were not working and they are still working efficiently after 8 years.

They did alright on putting on the roof, but they just did very poorly on cleaning up. They left the debris all over the place and they even left extra empty shingle sacks in the garage so I had to take care of those.
