Painting contractors can easily be fly-by-night operations: Use cheap materials... no insurance/workman's comp...use unskilled labor...use poor or lowgrade equipment....the list goes on.
Ron Lewis was exceptional from the first email I sent. His responses were quick and intelligent. He was on time to quote the job. His quote was complete and included cleaning and re-caulking. My instructions regarding sheen and color were followed precisely.
The crew were timely....polite....and did an outstanding job. No overspray all over....no trampled bushes.....no trash left behind.
I rarely rate anyone with top marks, but this guy was top notch. I will be calling him again in 5-7 years for another re-fresh, and I won't bother with getting any other bids.
