When Mr Rial turned off the water to my house, he told me the turnoff pit was flooded and that the flooding would allow sand to enter the pipes of my house and ruin the o-rings in the faucets. He said I should ask MLG&W to come and repair it, which I did the very next day. On March 17th, 40 days later I developed another leak in my bathroom lavatory. I contacted MLG&W and told them that the turnoff pit was still flooded and that I had another leak only forty days after it was repaired. I specifically asked MLG&W if the flooded pit and the leak were connected and they denied it but I now believe it was the usual B.S. based on "Corporate Values" (i.e., Power, Profit, Survival at all costs).
I called Mr Rial and he came and repaired the faucet at no additional costs.

Mr. Rial saved the day again!  Wish every repairman was this honest and dependable as well as reasonably priced. 

I have used his services before and he has always been on time when scheduled and he even arrives a little early. He knew what he was doing and was very considerate. He was recommended by my other friends in the neighborhood and he would go that extra mile for you.

We had some leakage in the house with the pipes in the kitchen. Therefore I had to replace these pipes. They've used good quality pipes in my house and I appreciate that. They did a darn good job.
