Excellent. Service person was professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, performed service as promised. Price was reasonable and problem gone. Highly recommend.

I use Germantown Pest Control on a quarterly basis. I will give them an “A” across the board for everything. We used them at our other house, so just kept using them. They’re good quality.

They are the company that was hired by my builder to treat our slab when our house was being built. After the first year was up I called to get an estimate on what a yearly termite contract would be. I was told since my house was in North MS I would have to speak with a certain person and he was not in the office but they would give him a message. A week went by and I didn't hear back so I called again he was not in the office again same scenario. He did call me back about 3 days after and said he would need to come down to look at my house to give me an estimate. I told him a day I would be home so he could come. He never came but I received a phone call from him that afternoon saying he didn't need to come down he pulled my house up in their files and was able to determine a price from that. He sent me paperwork I filled it out sent it back with the payment. Someone called me with a date and time for service but said I wouldn't need to be there. That day they called and said they wouldn't make it it would be the next day. They did come out that day and appear to have done a great job with the treatment. Very disorganized start with the office staff but they do provide good work.

They were punctual and did an excellent job.

When we moved into this house, it had been vacant for a month and there were a lot of ants and spiders. Germantown Pest Control sprays quarterly, returned when the ants returned after their initial spray.
Technicians are professional and on-time, the office staff are friendly and efficient. Great price for the service.

I have used them for 2 years now and haven't had any problems. We don't have a termite contract with them, so I can only speak for pest control.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a visual inspection and application of insecticide for the exterior of my residence. The company worked with me to set up a convenient appointment. Their technician was punctual, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions. The inspection and chemical application were done quickly and efficiently.

They are good and I used them for years. I have never had any trouble with them.

I am very pleased with their service. They are always on time and they are always friendly. They tend to send the same couple of guys, so they know me and they know my house and I am not uncomfortable letting someone in my house. They are very diligent about that. The quarterly spray is $78. They are very competitive on price. I would continue to use them in the future.

I was referred to them by a friend. They do a great job. They are always on time and come when they say they are going to. They will call and let me know if they are going to be late. They can be priced a little more aggressively. I would use them again in the future.

We used them about 2 weeks ago. Truthfully, we have never used anyone else. We moved here 19 years ago. I'm not sure why we started using them, but we did, and have stayed with them because they are reliable, and do what we need to have done. I have not compared their services with anyone else. We will continue to use them in the future.

We had pest control done in the lawn because of ants. Whenever they come and spray chemicals all over, there are no ants in my lawn as well as in my house. We prefer to use their services simply because they are so good. We are sure to hire them again and would recommend them highly to others.

Germantown is a reputable company. They do their work on their own and don't need me hovering around to tell them what to do. They do a pretty good job. I know, cause I've seen them change baits to deal with different kinds of ants, when they saw no results with the ones they had installed.
