This project had three components (see detail) and Butch personally worked on the project along with three others. Butch noted that there was significant deterioration of studs in the storage room and went the extra mile to ensure the walls were stable prior to replacing the siding. The area outside the storage room truly looks "better than new" after the painting, caulking and extra trim boards were added.
On the outside front of the house, most all the work was at the second story level. They removed deteriorated boards, replaced them, then caulked and repainted. They repaired and repainted a front door sidelight and also fixed and tightened up a gutter at no extra charge.
I would not hesitate to use Butch again for any home repair items. I could not be more pleased, nor could my mother-in-law, for whom the work was done. She has already told friends about the excellent work.
