Description of Work: Poor coordination of services. One provider would come in and literally destroy the work another provider had performed (scuffing up and damaging newly resurfaced floors, damaging newly painted/resurfaced walls while moving equipment, etc.), AND it was hard to get Dave Moore to take care of these things in a timely manner

+ -1 moreI really needed some one to come in and give me some ideas and stuff like that and I didn't feel like they were doing that. I felt like they were just trying to price. They seemed kind of professional and able to do the job good. It's hard to get a contractor and get in and really give you a big picture; they want to kind of charge you for each wall they knock down but they were very nice though and he followed back and checked back everything. I felt like he wasn't listening to what we wanted.
Description of Work: We just got an estimate from David Moore Construction for remodeling kind of like the whole house; I mean the kitchen and family room.

+ -1 moreHe upped the value of my house by about $70,000.00 He cut me a deal. It took him a couple of weeks longer than he said but it was only 2 1/2 months to do it all. When they made a mistake on the outside of the house, they pulled the brick off and didn't save it. My brick is so old that you can't match it anymore. Because they couldn't match it, he put on complementary stone on the outside of my house and ate the cost of it. He is a really, really, really honest guy. In construction, that is really hard to find. He let me pick out what I wanted to use to replace it.
Description of Work: I last used David Moore Construction about 5 years ago to remodel an attic into an upstairs room with closets. He also added a covered back porch.
