I had a very good experience with them. They were the people I used and would use again. I like the veterinarian that I saw. Their equipment was very up to date and they could do a test for me that no other vet had been able to do. I think their pricing is fine. I did see a veterinarian who is a younger person and she was very informative and she was not only very knowledgeable but she was very informative. She was happy to explain everything.

Conducted appropriate blood test to determine health/wellness to have oral surgery. Very nice people. Very thorough and gentle.

So very polite and professional. Took excellent care of my dog and did a fabulous job grooming her. Extremely happy and will be using them for all of our pet's needs.

She does not have her own practice. She is not a business head, but she is the finest veterinarian in Memphis, Tennessee. She absolutely loves animals and that is the experience you get. She actually put my dog down a week ago, last Sunday, at my house and we buried her in the backyard. I think that is just so incredibly better than dropping your dog off at the veterinarian. This girl has five rescue dogs at her house and rescue cats. I got a new dog, a goldendoodle, and she actually came by the house and did the puppy check on her and came by last night to bring me some flee and tick stuff for her. She has put down my last two dogs as a matter of fact. I have followed her from veterinarian to veterinarian for 15 years, because she moves so she does not want to own her practice, she wants to work for a vet, and that is what she does today, she works for a vet.

Their service was really good.

The staff is really nice and courteous. It looks like a really nicely run facility. Everybody there is really professional. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The staff was ready and quickly responsive to our physical and emotional needs before we ever needed to say a word. From the front desk personnel, to the young fellow who helped us lift our pet, to the vet who sat on the floor with us as we bid farewell.......... They were amazingly compassionate and professional at the same time. We will not take our animals anywhere else because we know the care we receive at Collierville Pet Hospital is always excellent.

Dr. Murphy is great. Takes time with the dogs and answers any questions I may have. My dogs get groomed every 5 weeks or so by Ed, who is wonderful with them!

I paid $70 for grooming each dog and $35 for boarding. I take my dogs for grooming, once every 2 weeks. They are excellent groomers and specialize in all types of dogs, especially with our breed which is poodles. Their boarding facility is excellent. They are quality groomers, quality facility and reasonable prices. I will use them in future.

I have used this vendor since 2005 and compared to others I have used throughout the country for the past 30 years, this vendor has been the best. I not only use them for my dogs health care needs, but also for boarding and grooming. Whenever I start driving my dogs to the kennels for boarding, they get so excited and can hardly wait the two mile drive to get there. The entire staff are the best and my dogs get the best care possible. The premises are very clean, and my dogs have never picked up any pest or disease while boarding at the kennel. Whenever I travel without my pets, I never think twice about leaving them in the care of Elaine and the staff at Collierville Pet.

Excellent care by Dr. McGee. He was very informative on the problem and the treatment, and was willing to spend as much time as needed to make sure we enough information to make a good decision. Staff is very frendly and cooperative.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Grant was very patient with our questions and concerns. Staff are always very friendly and accomodating.

We always have a nice vet working with us when we take our dog in. Their love of animals comes across in the way they handle our dog and us as owners. We especially appreciate being able to make an appointment the day we are able to go.

They were really nice and they kept my puppy with them at all times unless she was sleeping. They also took her for walks and made sure she got plenty of exercise. I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy with them.

I was completely satisfied with the kennel. They did a good job with my dog and it was a nice kennel with nice friendly people. My dog was happy when I picked her up and the staff was very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They offer great service, and they were totally excellent. They contribute a lot of time and attention to the animals, and it is such a wonderful place for your pets. They keep the premises clean and they re very friendly and outgoing. It's a nice atmosphere and my dog just loved it.

The kennel has air conditioning and the staff takes the dogs out for exercise. It s a nice environment and the kennel is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and professional. My dog was happy when I picked him up. I've been using their services for five years and they've always done a good job with my dogs. They're trustworthy, honest and seem to love the work they do.
