Auto Body Work
Collierville Collision did a wonderful job of repairing my car. They helped me through the insurance process and maintained good communication. This is the second time in 8 months that my car has needed repair. They also have a wrecker service that will transport your vehicle. Very pleased with them!

Auto Body Work
The repairs to the major dents and scratches looked fantastic. The mirror looked fantastic, but the motor on the mirror wasn't working when I picked it up. (They had not recognized that on their own.) They did take care of it, which involved ordering another mirror. They also said that while they were touching little spots up with paint, the would touch up some other little dings on the car. They forgot to do that, so I waited while they took it back in and touched up.
The one who gave the appraisal was helpful in determining what needed to be done and what other options we had. For example, a tire was blown in the accident and the rim was slightly dinged. Another company appraised it and and just planned to replace both the tire and the rim. This man at Collierville Collision, noticed that all the tires were worn anyway and needed replacing and suggested we do it elsewhere because, he would have to tack on an extra cost. He also suggested we take the car to a tire specialist, cause he thought they could bend it enough that it would still work fine.
It's a family owned and operated business and I like supporting that. I did not like the office area, (which I spent way to much time in while I was waiting on mirrors to be fixed and touch ups to be done.) It was dirty. They kept a dog in there, so there was dog hair all over the seat cushions, so I didn't sit down.) It wasn't a smoke free environment either.
I certainly wouldn't rush back there, but would consider them because of the positive aspects of the dealing.
