Extremely happy with this whole experience. No service call for the 1st visit, answered all of my questions. Came back the second exactly on schedule and the unit was working 10 minutes later. Very reasonable and very professional! Plan to use them to service the A/C units going forward, so that's probably my highest praise.

They made an appointment for 4 P.M. and showed up right on the minute. They were done in about 2 hours. No problems since, but they assured me that if I had ANY problem it would be taken care of right away. They didn't even charge me for the Saturday service call.

We were very happy we decided to go with Collierville for this new furnace. They were very professional and installed the unit without any problems whatsoever. We thought the price was right in the area we were looking for and the men that came were professional and cleaned up well.

I think the workers for this company were outstanding. My furnace has been maintained yearly and I have never had a problem with it. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

The company that first came out said I had a broken coil and I needed a whole new unit. He had only looked at it five minutes. So I turned to Collierville Heating. He was a very honest man. He refilled the Freon because he knew right away what the problem was. He did not try to take me for a new unit or a pricey repair job.

They come in to service our central air unit and the furnace in which they did a wonderful job. They are always on time and they seem like they take pride in their job. The cost is the same every year.

The price for these services was reasonable and they come out quite promptly. The man they sent to check on my unit did not seem to be very professional. Although the quality of his work was good.
