CLEANING MAID EASY!

Don't be fooled by the good price! Owner was friendly & prompt when she came out but 2 workers (likely high school seniors or recent HS grads) were very young & inexperienced. They only spot cleaned & left very visible things undone like food crumbs under kitchen cabinets, did not mop or thoroughly clean bathrooms, I found a spider web on a ceiling fan. Service was done on a Friday afternoon & I reached out to owner Sat AM with no response till the next week. Her brochure says satisfaction is guaranteed OR they come back and redo areas. When I spoke with her, she didn't even offer that. She did say she would talk to the workers. Since this was their 1st time servicing my home, a concerned owner should have come out to inspect after workers were done so she could see if work was done satisfactorily. I ended service after only 1 service - I'm convinced that the 1st service should have been better or should have offered/honored the commitment to redo stated on the fancy green brochure. Poor service & not honoring your commitments is BAD business. I didn't care to give her any more $ for that!

It’s $100 every time they come out. They come every two weeks. Very competitive. They have a set of keys and alarm codes so they can turn up sometimes, but it’s always a Monday. Overall “B” – I guess for the lack of communication, cause it’s hard and she’s Spanish. Trying to explain to do something, it is pretty hard. One of the women actually speaks English. So, if I wait for her, I can explain to her and then she will explain to the rest of them.

This was the first time I used this service. My house was a disaster. They cleaned 2,400 sq ft in under 4 hours and did a beautiful job. My floors are shining, there is no dust anywhere and we are very happy. We plan to use them every 2 weeks from now on.

It went fine, but I would have had to pay more for them to finish (cleaning above the cabinets ie dusting)  A few days after they cleaned, my daughter noticed that her diamond cross necklace was missing.  We did not assume they took it until we looked everywhere for a week.  I called Honi (owner)  all she could say is she's never had a problem like that.  I expected a bit more from them.  We learned to put all your good jewelry away . .

We have had 3 services so far, and so far so good.  We have been very happy with Honey (the owner) and her staff.  We will continue to use them.  Personally, I think $100 is well worth it, but giving them a B on price just because there are probably a few cheaper options, but like I said, they have been great so far!

It took a while for the right crew to do what I wanted them to do but I have two great ladies now. Ms. Honi Shirley was very flexible with my schedule. I would recommend this company for your home.

They do a good job. They are a little expensive but the lady that owns the company runs it like a business and she pays taxes. She tries to do it properly and that is the reason they are a little expensive.  I use them consistently every two weeks and I would recommend them.

It was great, and things turned out fine. I just left them the key and the alarm code, and it was all done when I got home; they were there when I was not around. I haven’t ever met the lady who runs the company or actually met any of the staff. The price was fair; they matched the price with what I thought the price would be. They gave me the estimate and everything on a Friday, and then they cleaned on the Monday. They were highly rated on Angie’s List. I would use them again in the future.

The owner, Honi Shirley, came to my home for the estimate the same day I phoned. She was professional, personable and thorough. She made a very good impression.  The ladies came to clean later that same week. I noticed a few areas under furniture that were missed and couple of other minor things, so I sent Honi an email asking that these be addressed on the next visit and they were.
I hired this service to replace the lady who had been taking care of my home for over 12 years (She turned her mop in for a desk at her son's company). She was practically irreplaceable, and while not even my own mother could do the fine job she did, the ladies at Cleaning Maid Easy have filled the void very well.

We had an excellent experience with Cleaning Maid Easy. They do a good job. But they could have done a better job at moving the furniture to clean the floors. I saw dead spiders behind the furniture after they left. We hired them to help with the floors specifically. The first cleaning was not as fast, as it was detailed, and took 7 hours. They have been faster with the follow up since. 2 ladies do the work and they are always on time. It is a little hard for my husband as they do not speak much english. It is a little hard for him to communicate with them.

From day one my experience has been very favorable. The cleaning is thorough and the job consistent. They company has a person responsible for training the crew to ensure quality and it shows. The price is my estimation is very reasonable.

I receive excellent service from Cleaning Maid Easy. The staff is exceptionally profesional and friendly. Their attention to detail is exemplary. I feel they go above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis. I can not imagine having any other company cleaning my home.

They came in and went to work immediately, asking no questions or talking unnecessarily. They brought their own supplies and worked quickly and efficiently. They did not mop or vacuum the floors of the closets, but that was because the doors were closed. I will open them next time and ask them to do those floors, too. It was hard to tell that there were ladies working all over the house, but it was evident that they had been here. It was a positive experience.

Everything went fine. They were very nice and they tried to get the same people cleaning our house every two weeks. It was nice because they knew what I wanted them to get done and also the layout of the house.

I feel like that I was taken advantage of because I couldn't actaully see what they were doing, and they knew it. I did email owner pics( friends took them for me) and letters, to which she replied that she couldn't open emails and something was wrong w/ her account. They offered to correct it for me by sending someone to re clean, but after you feel like people have taken advantage of you, you don't want them back in your house.

Overall, the service has gone well!

I originally had 2 Chicks and a Broom. The first 2 times they were just satisfactory and after that it was downhill all the way until 2 weeks ago it was so bad I called and cancelled the service and called in House Maid Easy. The difference is HMED works by the job and 2 Chicks worked by the hour. They never got through and that was not satisfactory. HME works by the job no matter how long it takes. They cost a few dollars more but they are worth every cent.

They arrive promptly and go straight to work and bring everything they need to use. They put things back where they belong. They do not use floral, fruity cleaning liquids - so the house just smells clean when they are finished. I have 2 dogs (who shed) and I'm happy to say that when the cleaning ladies leave, I don't have dog hair on my floors.

We were one of her first customers and now she uses us as a reference. She does a great job and she pays a lot of attention to all the little details, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work she does and we have recommended her to several of our friends.
