He is a very detailed person. He is not the fastest worker, but he does a good job. I did not get many estimates from others.

My house was built in the mid 1970's. The combination security lock on my front door failed and needed replacing. Mr Lockwood replaced this lock in about an hour even though the door and door jamb had been modified over the years. He did an outstanding job and a reasonable time at a fare price.

Chuck arrived on time, and looked the job over. He quoted an hourly rate, went to store for materials, and came back to complete the job. The work was done to my specs, and I am quite satisfied.

When Chuck came to give an estimate he brought all of his tools with him. The job was more than either of us expected, and it was good for Chuck (and fair in my eyes) that he charged by the hour, not by the job. We agreed on an hourly rate and he began immediately. He did great work, was very professional and did a great clean-up job.

They contractor was very meticulous, neat, and does very nice work. We were willing to pay a little more for the quality of work and ease of working with this vendor.
