Wow! This is the first time weâ ve ever used Certa-Pro and would use them again! I must say the best thing about this company has been the incredible communication with Brian and his staff. He took excellent notes. You know how sometimes someone walks around and you explain what you want done and some of your concerns and problem areas but they donâ t take notes, therefore that information does not get passed down to the people actually doing the work? And youâ re thinking the whole time, theyâ re not gonna remember these concerns of mine. That did not happen! He took notes, he got feedback. He checked up on things on the workers to make sure my concerns were addressed, and they exceeded my expectations!! I felt heard And I am so thrilled with the results!

They were professional from start to finish. They were very accommodating to our changing schedule. The results exceeded our expectations They are very knowledgeable and we highly recommend their services.

Always an outstanding experience start to finish. Brian is great to work with. Our second job with him. They painted the MBR a dark color. Had to use 3 coats. We have high ceilings and beams. All prep work was great. No overspray on floor, fireplace or beams. We had a small issue and Brians team came back out the next day to take care of it! Thatâ  s customer service. I canâ  t recommend these guys enough!

They were professional, kind, and prompt. They went above and beyond for us with communication and for some of the circumstances of the project that were more difficult. They gave great advice and opinions while being extremely honest. I cannot recommend them enough. The quality & speed of the were topnotch.

We had a great experience with Brian & his team. They were very polite, very good at communication & did an excellent job! We ran into some rain delays but they worked hard to catch back up! We are so glad we called them! We highly recommend them to others!

Excellent experience with this paint job. The crew was very professional and the craftsmanship excellent. Post work, clean up excellent. Timely updates. Brian was very interactive. Value, quality and price aligned. Able to work remotely with no interruptions. Customer service excellent. I interacted with the crew daily with no issues.

Brian was exceptional in his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done right. When the first painters weren't up to his standards - he replaced them and finished the job himself. Great service and effectively communicated what was going to happen and when and followed through on everything he said he would do. Exceptional dedication in making things right. GREAT JOB!!

They are great to work with and do excellent work !

The one downside was that it took a while for them to get back with a date. After that there was good updates on a postponement due to rain and showing up on time.

Brian Spangler, the man who owns the franchise goes above and beyond. We had the entire inside of the house repainted, including kitchen cabinets. He has a team of painters who got the job done much more quickly than I would have guessed (it's a 2 story house) and Brian himself did lots of little repairs that weren't even paint related, such as fixing a drawer in the kitchen that sticks, changing the cabinet doors to "silent close", etc. They also re-stained the deck, and Brian noticed a few rotting boards which we had not noticed, and they replaced the boards, etc. I highly recommend this team. We also thought the price fairly reasonable, and we did get other estimates that were higher!

Excellent, professional job well done. We had popcorn ceilings removed and the ceilings refinished and painted, as well as wallpaper removed and interior painting done. Brian Spangler the franchise owner and his team of painters were always prompt, courteous, and thorough. They exceeded our expectations!
