It was great. I had been talking to him over the past few weeks to get these things done. He told me to give him a call the day before I needed to get the work done to set it up because he didn't set up appointments that far in advance. I called him the day before and he told me to give him a call the next morning to come and do the service. I called him at 7am and he was here at 7:45am. He was great and reasonable and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Jerry tried to coach me over the phone to fix the problem, but I could not get it reset. He arrived the same day I called, quickly fixed the problem and did not charge me the full service fee. We are planning to add a ceiling fan to our kitchen later in the year and will call Cannon Electric again.

I can not praise this guy enough. He gave me an estimate for one hour of work and stuck to the price despite the fact it ended up taking over twice the expected time. He was thorough and fair and comes highly recommended. I cannot recall the cost, but I do remember I tipped him as well.

The electricians arrived on time and quickly completed the necessary work. They were hired through our general contractor and they paid him. They worked well together and the results are perfect. We recommend the services of this company.

I really have to hand it to this company because they did a fantastic job. I am a retired teacher and I do not give out easy A's but this company deserves them. I liked the fact that they always arrived wearing smiles. Their work passed inspection with no problems. It would be extremely difficult for me to reveal what I paid this company because they were hired and paid by my general contractor, From what I could tell, their prices were quite fair. I can not say enough about this fantastic electric company.

They were very knowledgeable and I trusted them completely. They were great in answering my questions. They were timely and professional. The cost was included in the remodeling job. I would recommend them to others. They did a great job.

I think that we had a pretty good experience overall with this company and the work they did for us. I think they were very kind, and they made sure that we did not have any questions at all about the work they did. I really can't remember the price because my husband dealt with that part of the job. I do know that he said it was a very fair price for the job that they did.

When an integral piece broke, Mr. Cannon worked very hard to make the repairs and install the light kit. He could easily have told me to try to get a replacement piece and call him back when I had it. But, he didn't do that; instead, he drilled holes in the metal piece and devised a way to attach it and make it work. What should have taken him about 30 minutes, took three times that long and he didn't charge me any extra for the length of time he spent here. He was determined to make the broken piece work and, therefore, installed my light kit when most would have given up.

The fan would not operate properly I called them to come and fix it. He did a great job and we were satisfied with cost of the repair. They scheduled an appointment time quickly and arrived on time. He also did a good job cleaning up when finished.
