Thank you for visiting Bluff City Chem-Dry's home on Angie's List! Bluff City Chem-Dry is an independently owned/operated family carpet cleaning business based in beautiful Collierville, Tennessee. Our family purchased Chem-Dry of Cordova in February 2014. We changed the name to Bluff City Chem-Dry to reflect our love of Memphis and desire to serve all of Shelby County. We enjoy meeting new customers every day and turning them into long-term, satisfied customers! Our team works hard to ensure that you have an excellent cleaning experience from the minute you book your appointment to the time we leave your home after the job is finished. The Chem-Dry cleaning process is safe for children and pets, and carpets are typically dry in 1-2 hours, not 1-2 days like traditional steam cleaning. As a young mom of two littles ones myself, I know it is not easy letting someone you do not know into your home, and you can rest assured we will treat your home and privacy with great care and respect. We see ourselves as part of your team - folks that you can trust to provide the best service to keep your home beautiful, clean and safe for your family.

Chris and Blair showed up a little early and got right to work.  Within an hour they had finished the job and our carpet not only looked great it also smelled fresh and clean.  
Left our doors and windows open for a about an hour to let the carpet dry completely.
I would use these guys again!

While the carpets looked really good, they felt very stiff as if residue was left on them.  The cleaning didn't seem to last as the spots showed back up pretty quickly.

CHEM-DRY OF CORDOVA

I wasn't to happy with Chem-Dry of Cordova.
I had a few dirty ares on the carpet, and they didn't get them clean.
I had specifically wanted a carpet cleaning company, that didn't get the carpet real wet.
It looked like Chem-Dry of Cordova, was putting a foam on the carpet, and a rotatory carpet cleaner.
The carpet took 24 hours before it was dry.
I called the manager, and he never called me back.
They never did explain what they were going to do.
I wasn't happy with that at all.

The owner was very responsive when I booked it. Two young men showed up dressed professionally. After realizing that the sofa was dry clean as recommended by the manufacturer, they offered to wet clean it but only after I signed a waiver. I asked them to do what the manufacturer recommended. They told me it would not clean the same. And it didn't! After they finished, there was very little difference in the cleanliness of the couch. They did not get out the dirt spots. I feel like the money I spent was wasted.

They did exactly what they said they were going to. They cleaned the sofa. They showed up on time, but they did a good job. I will call them again. They were courteous and professional. We have no complaints against them. Their price was right in line with other people that I checked with.

The service people were friendly and businesslike. The arrived late, but had called to advise me of the delay, which I appreciated. It was a bit inconvenient to finish so late, but sometimes these things can't be helped. Overall, they were careful and did a fine job.

I think Chem Dry of Cordova did a good job on our carpets. The living room looks better now. They workers were nice. They are a reliable and professional company. I will use their services in the future.
