+ -1 moreI'm not a fan of basically using the national office for all claims, but I have been very happy with dealing with anyone in the local office. After being with them more than 5 years, we shopped around the rate, and nobody could beat it, which is reassuring when you are satisfied with the service.
Description of Work: Lovelace is our insurance company (Home and auto) We've had to file a couple claims on our auto insurance (unfortunately).

+ -1 moreEach time I have call Rod Lovelace's office I have been impressed by the customer service. They are friendly and helpful. I haven't shopped prices in several years, but we switched several years ago to Allstate because their prices beat the other company we were with. I would definitely recommend this office.
