COOPER AUTO DETAIL

I randomly chose Cooper Auto Detail from the Yellow Pages because it was fairly close to my home. The appointment was made a week ahead of time. The car was delivered to Cooper around 9 am and was to be picked up at 5 pm sharp. On the trunk was some oxidation that Mr. Orsburn said he could not "fix," but would detail the vehicle inside and out. Upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed the carpets had not been cleaned, only vacuumed and one of the floor mats was missing. Three phone calls and another visit has not resulted in the lost floor mat. I was told it "probably was put in a different car and if it is brought back, we will call you." It has been over a month, and still no floor mat. The remaining floor mats were wet and placed on the back seat. Apparently the seats were not shampooed along with the carpet. The driver's side window was dirty and the wax job was not what I expected. All in all, I was and still am very disappointed for the amount of money spent.
