All of the projects were completed on time and on budget, with the exception of any additional items that we requested during construction. Mike and the entire crew were always great to work with. Once a project was underway, Mike handled everything from permits, through construction, to clean up. We highly recommend Ajakie Construction for large or small projects. You will not find a more honest or skilled team.

For each job he did we did not have to worry about anything. He was on time, very neat, professional, great attention to detail, always available by cell phone, easy to talk to, and very responsive. He not only does large jobs but with a quick call he will take care of small jobs too.

Excellent - came in on budget, excellent workmanship, scheduling, on time and very professional, passed all the inspections on the each discipline required the first time around, which in South Florida is VERY difficult. The inspectors loved his work and his professionalism, Mr. Ajakie even received leads from the inspectors for their very own homes. Mr. Ajakie remodeled the existing garage and made it into an office and an extra bedroom for my family. I could not asked for anyone better. Sorry to see that he moved to another state. He will be sorely missed.
