Arrived the previous week and provided an estimate, then showed up on scheduled date and time to do the work. These windows had not been cleaned for years so he had included an extra amount in his quote to cover the added work. He provided a lower price for a return trip next spring. His work was quite thorough, including cleaning of sills and screens.
