Sharp's Construction

The experience so far has been really well, as far as the contractor, Jonny Sharp goes.  He has been there anytime we have had an issue.  I had to have him change a few things.  It was not his fault; it was my design flaw.  He was very agreeable and anytime anything needed to be done, he just did it.  We had a budget and he knew that we couldn't go over the budget.  He didn’t charge me for the changes that we made, with only one exception.  He is a nice person.  He is honest.  He has a dependable crew.  We really liked him.  We used him for all of our work.  He was very thorough with the work.  He completed the work on a room addition, so far.  He is going to put in hardwood floors for us in the next few weeks.  The project got away from us, in a way.  At first, it was just going to be one room addition and then it ended up being an entire new wing, so we ended up spending way more money than we initially intended to spend.  However, the price is very reasonable.  We are using him again in a couple of weeks for the floors.
