He came on time, kept me informed on his progress, finished the job on time, and did a good job of the painting. I had other workers in the house at the same time, doing various repairs. Rick was very good about working with and around them so they could all work at once, even though it was a small house. He also did a good job of cleaning up after the job. I felt that he gave good value for a relatively low price. The only issue I might have had with him is that he smoked inside the house. Under the circumstances I didn't mind, and if it had been my house I'm sure that asking him not to would have solved the problem.
