I found the contractor, Ed Dellinger, to be very professional and knowledgeable about his work. The hanging light fixture, though very nice, was a used fixture from a friend that ended up requiring a little rewiring and patience to get it installed correctly. Ed took the chore at hand for what it was and did a super job. He charges a flat hourly rate of $25 per hour ($50 minimum) for handyman work, which I like. The job ended up taking a little under 5 hours because of the hanging light fixture. But because of his patience and friendly attitude, I paid him for 6 hours work.
