+ -1 moreHe took the back off set and told be power source was bad and part would be $216.00, TV 14 months old. Told me he would order part, that was two weeks ago. I have called and left repeated messages which have not been returned. This was the worst repair experience I have ever had. People that take your money and then fall off the planet are no better than crooks. I would never use this guy...I feel as though I have been robbed!
Description of Work: My HD-LED TV stopped working. I called Mike of The Image Center. He came out to my home. Told me $125.00 included coming out-diagnosing problem and labor to fix it. I was told all I would pay in addition was for part.
