He took the back off set and told be power source was bad and part would be $216.00, TV 14 months old. Told me he would order part, that was two weeks ago. I have called and left repeated messages which have not been returned.
This was the worst repair experience I have ever had. People that take your money and then fall off the planet are no better than crooks. I would never use this guy...I feel as though I have been robbed!
