I didn't talk to him because he had a list of things to do. He was worth every nickel of the $200. I will have to write him another check. I'll give him a B but that's mostly because I haven't worked with him enough to have a real feel. I suspect that he's better than that but I'm just not sure yet because I need to follow up. I think the pricing is fair. I think the B's would go to A's if we negotiated and made sure we were on the same page both at the beginning and at the end. He was here three to four hours, during which time I did other things, and forgot all the things that we'd agreed to like the roof. So when he hit me with a number, I'd forgotten half of what I'd ask him to do. It's my problem, not his. He didn't remind me because he doesn't really have to do that. I think we can work it out frankly.
