They were supposed to arrive on Monday. On Sunday morning they called and said they had other commitments and would be here at 8am on Tuesday. They arrived at 10am every day. They were supposed to work every day 8 to 5. They were never here at 8am. They charged me for signing the contract and for going to pick up supplies they needed. On Friday, I fired them. On the previous day I gave them 3500 which was what the contract said. I ask for some of my money back because they had done so little work. They refused, called me names, and cussed me. So, I sued them and the Judge awarded me 1100 dollars back. Now they refuse to pay that saying when I pay them what I owe them they will refund my money. I have had to pay more money to try to collect my judgment. They are still cussing and refusing to pay the money the court ordered them to refund. I am still trying to collect my judgment. They lied in court saying they had 5 men working here each day for 8 hours.
