Completely unreliable and unprofessional. After multiple calls, he failed to show up on any of the times he promised (3 different times) and failed to call to inform us he would not be showing up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for anything due to irresponsibility!!!
Description of Work: We have an apartment complex where one unit's AC has stopped working. I called Mr. Fritts on Thursday morning requesting that he come out ASAP. He told me the earliest would be around noon on Friday, the next day. We waited until 4pm on Friday. When we called him to see where he was, he told us that he got too busy and couldn't come out and he would try to come out Saturday instead. I was quite upset at this point and told him that since we owe an explanation to our tenants, if he does not plan on coming out, he needs to call us and let us know. On Saturday, he called to say he would not come out due to the rain and that he would come on Monday morning. Well today is Monday and it's afternoon already. We have not heard from him and he has not shown up. At this point, we'll be going with another company.
