The overall experience was extremely positive. Having had a bad experience with another kennel, we decided to leave our dogs here, where we also take them for vet and grooming. When we returned a week later the dogs were clean and happy - exactly the opposite from the last kennel we used. While we were gone, a friend went by unannounced to visit our dogs and reported to us that they were very happy and the kennel was exceptionally clean. The only negative in the entire experience was the fact that there was no price discount for two dogs, even though they shared the same kennel space. Every other kennel in our area offers discounts when the space is shared. Even so, the fact that our dogs were well cared for means I will not hesitate to use Taylor in the future.

Our 3.5 year old dog had diarrhea for almost a week and had thrown up. When I called I was upset and the receptionist put me right at ease and got me in that day. Dr. Owens was great from the start. Very personable and good with the dog. I didn't feel like just another number or rushed. They checked her out and did bloodwork (with the results) that day. I highly recommend Taylor Animal Hospital.

They are friendly, helpful and caring. Very compassionate. They give me options and how much the cost is. I feel like I have freedom and don't ever feel like I'm being pushed into a decision. In my mind, they are the best in that county.
