"We regret that [removed member name] had a bad experience. I looked at our history for this customer and noticed that we completed the equipment in 6 days. I cannot recall at this point if and when he got called to tell him, it was completed. Nevertheless, we are always looking at ways to make the experience for our customers better. We have since reorganized our service department, and have a fulltime service writer who calls customers and updates them on their equipment. Again, we are sorry for this customer's experience and will reach out and see if we can get another opportunity to be better for him and learn from this experience, for our future customers."
