- My property management company specifically recommended this company over the top-rated HVAC provider for my area. I ended up replacing a 1-1/2 ton unbranded heat pump with an off-label unit from Armstrong.
Pros:
- Work on account with property management company.
- No added charge for weekend call.
- Local to Cleveland.Local to Cleveland.
- Provided loaner window unit until scheduled full replacement.
- Waived service call fee due to full unit replacement.
- Original technician was friendly and pointed out their sticker on a hard-start capacitor that they had installed for the previous owner.
- Original technician was low key - Offered both a quick-fix (Freon recharge, replace leaky valve & sniff for further leaks) or quote a full unit replacement.
- Service technicians plumbed a new drain line with a proper P trap rather than running a hose to the clothes-washer drain.
- Owner (who had been on vacation) came back to apologize for the scheduling issues & offered two free bi-annual inspections.
Constant scheduling issues.
No paper quote.
All three of the technicians I encountered seemed well experienced, but overworked (did not call ahead, left tools on site, left in middle of install to go to another call, delivered temporary unit Sunday after promising Sat evening).
