 + -1 moreI personally loved how quickly we were moved out of the waiting room, about 8 minutes. There is a sign in the waiting room that says if you have been waiting more than 20 minutes to let them know. They also have the well and sick children spaced apart well. They even go in and out separate doors. We used to go to an office off Gunbarrel Rd., we would wait sometimes hours just to see the doctor or complete the exam. I once waited almost 5 hours total for 1 child! At Peerless Pediatrics we were always greeted with a smile by staff. They seem laid back and friendly and Dr. Sanderson made us all feel comfortable and welcome. My husband agreed we made a good choice and does not dread going here like our old pediatrician. We do not feel like a number here. They also accept non-vaccinating patients.
Description of Work: First appointment was for a newborn exam for our 5th child. Dr. Sanderson was very easy to talk to and friendly. She took plenty of time with us, did not seemed rushed, and answered all of our questions. We have been back with other children now and had excellent trips also.

Description of Work: My son saw Dr. Wayne Kelly who is new to Peerless Pediatrics for his 18 month old visit. He was very patient and understanding with my child who was less than cooperative. He also took the time to get to know us as "new patients." We were also pleased to see that Peerless uses a numbing spray before giving shots. I do not know how much this helps, but it may help parents who feel guilty about inflicting pain on their children. It made me feel better to at least be trying to provide some sort of pain relief. I would recommend Dr. Kelly for any parent who wants to have thorough, compassionate care for their child(ren).

 + -1 moreThe entire process was very pleasant. From the waiting room until checkout. They staff and doctors are very professional.
Description of Work: Dr. Stephanie Sanderson saw my child for a problem she was having with her feet. She was so kind and considerate to us. She is a great doctor.
