Everything was okay except that I wish they had Sunday pickup so we didn't have to have two days of boarding if we are just going out of town Saturday night.

We are very pleased. Office staff very courteous and we feel that our pets are getting the best medical treatment by Dr. Oscar Wilson and staff.

We started using Dr. Wilson about 2yrs ago when we had a stray dog and quot;adoptand quot; us! I went there on a recommendation from a local friend that knew Dr. Wilson used to make house calls for cows back in the day and because it was convenient to where I live. We have been patients for spay surgery and annual shots since. Last year we took a trip to Europe and had to board our dog for over 2 weeks. The staff was absolutely wonderful and took the time to take me back behind closed doors and actually see the runs were my baby would be staying. They have a brand-spankin new facility and the kennel runs were awesome. We booked her for an indoor-outdoor run that led to a secured, enclosed exercise yard. They let her out on a regular schedule and she got plenty of attention. They even gave her the regular food that I provided as well as the treats that I sent along.
I can't praise this facility enough! Even though we just purchased a home in Chattanooga, we won't be changing Vets. anytime soon. And when we travel again you can bet your boots that we'll be booking her at Dr. Wilsons where we have peace of mind and know that our baby is well taken care of!
