They guys that came were fairly young but very knowledgeable friendly, and on the ball. WE had a potential real fire hazard on our hands and they spotted it in minutes! We had two other companies come out and they didn't find out what was wrong or try to help us. I'm sure if these to men didn't fix the problem our house surely would burnt down this winter. I hope I never have the need for an electrician again but if I do I will always use them. This company is a perfect example of what all companies should be like.

After finding a number of improperly wired switches in my duplex, I knew I needed a licensed electrician instead of trying to repair them all myself.
Mike came recommended by my property management company, and was the only one of the electricians I contacted who was able to squeeze a small non-emergency job in between regular jobs without scheduling a month in advance. He was also the only one to do a walkthrough rather than toss a number out over the phone.
I was a little disappointed that he didn't ground the new switches, but at least they're installed correctly and don't brown out half the downstairs any more.

Frantically searching for someone to restore service to part of our home and called several electricians. TECS was the ONLY one to return my call -- even though I did not leave a message. Then, Tim and his friendly crew showed up in less than an hour, located the problem, fixed it, and didn't even charge us. Even though the problem was only an outlet in the bath that needed to be reset, we fully expected to pay a service call. TECS is now my permanent electrician! :)
