Appliance Repair
THE SERVICE CALL WAS PLACED ON A WEEKEND - WHAT WAS UNUSUAL WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER IS OPEN 24/7. WITHIN 24 HRS, THEY RETURNED THE CALL WITH AN APPT TIME. THE APPT. WAS 4 DAYS OUT BUT I WAS STILL PLEASED. WE RECEIVED A CALL THE DAY PRIOR TO THE APPT TO REMIND US. THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME; IT TOOK HIM NO TIME TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM (OF COURSE, IT IS ALL COMPUTERIZED) HE HAD THE WORK DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR - CLEANED UP, ENSURED THAT THE WASHER WORKED AND LEFT.
