I spent several thousand dollars fixing up my 2000 Chevy Express Conversion Van. The tires had flat spotted so I took it to Massengill to get 4 new Cooper tires. I took it back 5 times because of vibration issues and they never resolved it. I spend over $2,000 at Don Ledford Chevrolet before i ever took it there to make sure there were no vibration issues. I can only drive the van around town because of the vibration. These people are incompetent. There is probably a tire out of round but they refused to fix the problem and acted all annoyed every time I took the van back to get checked out.

They are always knowledgeable and professional to deal with. As others have said, their waiting area is top notch, clean and comfortable. Prices are average, but service is always excellent. Most recent service was a front end alignment in which they gladly came and picked up my vehicle at no extra charge! Then brought it back to my work well ahead of the planned time. I don't know any other place that will do that! I have been a customer for over 10yrs for a reason. A family company that cares.

.Great service!! Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They ordered the tires I needed and called when they arrived. An appointment was not needed for installation, but I called ahead to see how busy they were. My car was checked in when I arrived. I was given an estimate of how long the wait would be(very short). I waited in their very clean, comfortable waiting area. My tires were installed, balanced and the front end aligned about 60-minutes.
I probably could have found the Michelins for a little less elsewhere, but I doubt I could have found better service or a more professional staff.

Great! Described Available tires. Gave me the pros and con. Returned the truck to me when promised. Waiting area very comfortable while nice amenities, free coffee, water , and snacks!

Service was excellent. Tires they sold me are very loud but that is nothing to do with them as a company but the type of tire I bought.
