Came out within an hour of being called on a cold Sunday morning. The fan for our heating unit had quit. He could have told me I needed a $1000 motor and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead he found a failed capacitor on the motor and replaced it. This is my second time dealing with this gentleman and I can't recommend him enough. Honesty can be a hard to find thing when it comes to repair people and desperate consumers. Kudos to ya Jim !!!

Called to let us know he was running late because his previous appointment took longer than expected We have had problems in the past with other AC repair companys that we felt were not entirely honest. A friend suggested we call Mr. Tallent she said she had used him before. She had a problem with a business AC he found a loose wire and fixed it. She said she felt he was honest because he didn't tell her something else was wrong and he fixed it and the AC worked fine after that.
